Our workmanship warranty goes deep to the core of our customer values. We require our production teams to keep clear, consistent and concise communication with each of our suppliers to ensure that in events of warranty requests, we can count on our relationships to attend to your needs more efficiently and efficiently than other providers. Beyond our own five year workmanship warranty, we exercise industry leading warranties such as GAFs Lifetime Shingle Warranty, 10 Year Smart Choice Protection Periods, Algae Warranties ranging from 10-30 Years and 15 Year Wind Warranties to give you the greatest in convenience by keeping everything streamlined for you through our first hand processing. Below, you’ll find how we do our due dilligence to ensure your roof coverage is as much a warranty, as it is a promise.
- Our crew leads inspect and re-inspect your roof replacement at each step, from tear off to the final seal.
- We do not allow any nail in supports at the cost of your shingles. Meaning, our tools and resources are used by our crews when we work with steep roofs rather than nailing into your shingles to create stepping blocks like many providers.
- No roof is declared complete until we undergo our three step process of review, re-examine, and resolve. Our crew leads orchestrate a job well done by completing a review at each phase of your install. Upon completion, the crew lead with then re-examine the work to confirm there are no imperfections. Lastly, our experienced Project Managers will visit the site before your work is delivered to confirm everything is done to our quality expectations, and be sure to resolve anything that needs correction.
