Field Advisor Visit
One of our trusted advisors will come to you, and complete a free inspection to offer an accurate estimate for your roof repair or replacement.

Insurance Claim Process

From the moment we assess the damage, we’ll work directly with your insurance company to ensure everything is properly documented and submitted. Production Coordination
Upon successful approval, and selections fit to your liking, our Production Coordinators will begin placing orders for your selections. Based on lead times, they will reach out to you to schedule you roofing install/repair along your time and convenience.

Material Delivery
To ensure we account for all items, and so there are no last minute needs for us on the day of your install or repair, you can expect your materials to be delivered one day ahead of your scheduled project. One of our dedicated team members will ensure all items are reviewed, and missing materials are immediately reported so we have them the next morning, and complete our work as scheduled!

Repair/Tear Off and Installation
Following the material delivery, our installation crews will arrive at the site early the next morning to work on your roof repair or installation. We are dedicated to a thorough cleaning process from start to finish, so rest assured, our work never becomes your problem.

Project Manager Visit and Completion
Before declaring our work complete, our project manager will visit the site to ensure we've delivered the work to our quality standards, and exceeded your expectations prior to having your signature confirming the close-out of our project.
